Michael Cahill was great. He was upfront about pricing and fixed our garage door springs quickly. He was very knowledgeable and our door has been working great. Also, I loved how quickly they were able to come out and get the job done. I called on a Sunday and they were there first thing the next morning. Communication on what time they would arrive was also very impressive. We recommend!

We have a pair of relatively new Craftsman garage doors and have had intermittent problems the last of which the Sears serviceman could not resolve. Frustrated with Sears declining service, I found the Precision Door website with great reviews and called them. They were courteous and prompt and arranged for a service appointment to fit my schedule. After explaining the problem, Taylor, the Precision service tech immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly rewired the system and bingo my door was safely back in operation. Next time, Precision Door will be my first call. They should be yours too.

The torsion spring on our garage door broke Saturday afternoon. We called Precision immediately and they set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. The technician was Taylor, he arrived on time and offered me three options for repair. I opted for the most complete repair which included a five year warranty. Taylor did a great job and was finished in about an hour and the price was better than I expected. I couldn't be happier with this company and I highly recommend them.

What I love the most is that they send a text message and a picture of the service text that will be knocking at your door. This is high security to me so you don't have any one posing as a precision guy.

We had issue with reattaching the door opener to the screw after having used the emergency disconnect in a post hurricane power outage. Also wanted our door serviced and put back in service in a hurry. Called at 7:00AM and explained my situation. They dispatched a technician by 9:30AM and he performed the service and showed me how to reattach the opener to the screw mechanism by moving a lever ( since the cord was not letting me do it). He also cleaned the windows of the door with winded. The service man was very professional as well as polite.

They did what they said they were going to do, and at the price quoted. Mike Cahill was very prompt, and very respectful of the circumstances of getting our garage door opener replaced ASAP. He even helped with a temporary solution for opening the door until he installed the new one. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone for garage door service and repair.
