Taylor Bartow is a very experienced service technician for Precision Door. This was the second time Taylor has worked on my aging garage door openers over the years and the quality of his work is exceptional. Taylor's friendliness and experience outweigh the very high pricing of Precision Door's products. Heavy duty pulleys and extension cables cost over $900, which was the least expensive option of the three presented.

Door spring broke unexpectedly overnight, called Precision on Sunday morning and they had a tech out by late morning and fixed the problem before lunch. Tim did a thorough job explaining repair options and made sure everything worked properly when the job was done. Will use again.

Called Precision Door when the garage door would not close. Andrew McClusky was the service tech. He inspected the garrage door for any mechanical problems. Finding none he concluded the sensor had burned out. 15 minutes later a new set of sensors were in place and problem resolved. Explained each step and what to be monitoring as the door lift motor ages. Great service.

Jorge Is a true professional he really knows what he's doing he analyzed the problem and then got to work fixing it. He had to come back another time because something else had to be fixed first before you could proceed and some other work was done. He did a beautiful job and was very cooperative. if you have any problems with your garage doors, I would highly recommend you contact Precision and ask for Jorge!

GREAT SERVICE! Appointment was easy to make, the gentlemen called prior to arrival - a little earlier than expected which was terrific, they arrived in a clean company vehicle. They were pleasant, efficient, helpful, professional. They were able to fix our problem immediately and gave us a requested quote for possible future replacement. Extremely prompt and courteous service. Matt Taylor showed up right on time and was very knowledgeable about their products and service. Never pressured me to make a sale but was very personable and helpful. Representative was clean-cut and made a great impression. Their product is very straight forward and I believe the product to be as represented and will last a long time.
