Went online to set up an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Delaware and Eastern Shore Maryland last night (113/24). Next morning Trevor Kalista contacted me that he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. He repaired my garage door and had it working by noon. Trevor made the experience easy and pleasant I would definitely recommend them to anyone having garage door issues.

Our garage door has not been working well for the past week- but today, on a Saturday, it does not want to close- we called Precision and they sent someone out within an hour. Our Technician, Brendan Male, arrived on time and immediately set to work. He was finished surprisingly quickly, showed us how to operate the door, cleaned up the area, took the old door away. We just had our garage door motor finally give out. We called Precision Garage Door of Delaware on a Saturday morning and they were able to send us a technician by 3pm that same day. Called the office around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was able to setup an appointment for Sunday at 1:00. Taylor came and he was very nice and knew his stuff. Gave us three options for fixing our garage door. No pressure to up sell from Taylor at all. Taylor fixed our problem and we were back in business in less than two hours. Taylor was very nice and personable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door help.

Probably the best service from any company I've ever received. Chris was our engineer and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. Trevor called me to tell me he was coming. He arrived on time. He looked at my door that needed the belt replaced and two doors needed the bottom seal replaced. He gave me three options and quotes.
