Tim Strauss from Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door for me a month ago. He did an excellent job even though it was only 30 degrees that day and very cold. I had two garage doors, tracks and openers replaced by Precision Garage Door and it was a great experience. Mike and his assistant were very professional and performed the installation in an efficient and a timely manner. Today was my second encounter with the firm Precision Door. My first was in September of 2020 when I contracted with their firm in NOVA for a new belt driven unit. I was impressed then with the quality of the equipment, the unit was as silent as an USN Attack Boat. The gentleman that did the installation that day was a true professional. That said, there is an expression that there is always something better. It reminds me of the "Training". The instructors make you push pass the wall that blocks the determined from those that can't class up. My experience today with Precision topped that of my first. Perhaps because I'm in DELMARVA. I was born here, and I remember from childhood this land was referred to as "The land of pleasant living." Messieurs Mike Cahill and his apprentice Ryan were "Top of the Mark". These gentlemen were professional, courteous, patient, and informative. The state of the finished product "Second to none". I would recommend them and their firm to anyone seeking high quality workmanship, at a good price.

From start to finish the team from Precision overhead door service was fantastic! One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. The technicians Mike H and Taylor professionally installed our new door with no problems and then showed us how to lubricate the door. I would highly recommend to anyone that is need of a new door.
