Very satisfied. Bob assed the problem, gave us options and installed a new motor. He was able to do it in a short amount of time and then added the new motor to my car control. He showed us how everything worked. It works so much better than before.

Eric was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time, inspected my garage door with the broken spring. Explained some other problems I had and then gave me the different options for repair/replacement. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and will use them again should I have any problems.

Precision responded within 2 hours on a Friday evening after the spring on my garage door snapped. The completely repaired the door within an hour and a half. The following Saturday afternoon, there was another problem which prevented the door from closing. They responded within 30 minutes and had the door fixed quickly. Nice to see there are still companies that value customer service. Highly recommend!

The technician was prompt and courteous. He took care of my garage repair issue and had all parts on the truck, so I did not have to wait for parts order, etc. Cleaned up and left garage in original state.

Taylor Bartow from Precision Door arrived on time for the appointment to check out the loud noises occurring when operating the garage door. He analyzed the problem, applied corrective adjustments, tested raising and lowering the door several times to assure that all noise was gone. Taylor is an excellent representative and is knowledgeable, personable, efficient and effective. Highly recommend both Precision Door and Taylor.

My garage door was not working properly so I called this company and was able to get an appointment for today. Eric Bartow came out checked the problem and gave recommendations for the problem. The price to replace and fix the problem was fair and reasonable. He was able to complete the job right then no waiting or scheduling. I am very happy with the work Thank you

the garage door would not open more than 2 inches! I chose Precision Garage Door of DE. They responded quickly and kindly. The technician (Tim S )came and assessed the situation, giving me three options to choose from to fix the door. He arrived before schedule and was efficient and skilled. He was also extremely kind and understanding. In no time the door was expertly repaired. Thank you Tim and Precision!!

I used Precision Door for all of my service needs so when my daughter was having problems with her door, naturally I called them for her. Trevor Kalista came out. He was absolutely great. Needed service for the door, a new keypad, & 2 remotes. I ended up getting a new opener which included all the accessories. I knew my daughter was having minor problems with it, I did not know it was 16 yrs. old. Trevor did not pressure me into getting one. He explained the pros & cons so I took his advice. He did a great job with the install & servicing the door. He also programmed my opener to open her door. Precision is lucky to have a service tech like him. Very professional. Andrew from Precision Door was amazing! Our spring broke and needed completely replaced. Knowing nothing about garage doors, he explained everything ahead of time and the work that would need to be done. He got everything done within an hour or so which was impressive! Afterwards he went through everything that was replaced and what to be mindful of. Fantastic work and would absolutely recommend! Thank you Andrew!

I was able to get an appointment with Precision in 2 days. Andrew M. was an installer 3 years ago and he explained my very minor issues and corrected them. it surely was not $100 worth of work, but I understand how such a business works. I Will not hesitate to call Precision again to keep things working properly.

I have been using Precision for years and the technician who came out today knew everything that had been done in the past and was able to troubleshoot the issue very quickly. Trevor Kalista did a fantastic job. He repaired the coils (one was broken) on 2 garage doors and the motor on one garage door. Trevor thoroughly explained every issue/problem concerning the garage doors and what needed to be done to complete the issues.

Richie called us to let us know he was just arriving at the appointment before ours and could possibly be early to our 12:00-2:00 window and would it be ok if he was early. We said absolutely and Richie called us when he finished his appointment to let us know he was 10 minutes out. When he arrived he asked us what the issue was and then went to check. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed and resolved a bad wire in one of our sensors. Great experience all around.
