Tim the installer not only worked efficiently, but he also explained everything and was friendly. We could have gone with a patch fix but had all the parts replaced. The door is quiet and works perfectly. Since we've had to have garage door work recently for another door, the price didn't seem such a shock. I trust Precision Garage Door of Delaware and would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional repair.

Both the salesperson, Andrew, and the installer, Mike, were excellent representatives of the company. Andrew went over the options we had available and left me with two different estimates to discuss with my spouse. The doors arrived much sooner than promised. Mike was professional and the job went smoothly. I think my garage was cleaner after he finished that it was when he started. He walked us through how to link our openers to the myQ app once he was done. Very happy with the work, we would recommend and use again.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware & EasternShore Maryland. Service was excellent from start to finish. Their phone was answered by a polite and friendly sounding woman. We requested a Saturday appointment to replace our garage door opener, which they accommodated. Our installer, Andrew, arrived promptly at 8am, having called ahead prior. By 9:30, he was finished after explaining all the new features. Not only good service but this looks to be a great product as well. We purchased a Liftmaster Elite Series Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener with myQ. Not cheap but the cost was reasonable.

This is the second time I have used the services of Precision Garage Door in a year, both ties were beyond what you would expect..This Time, technician Ryan not only completed the job but asked if he could come early..He quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown circuit board in my old unit. He had a new replacement on his service truck and had it installed within twenty minute...Just can't ask for much better than that...Highly recommend Precision Garage Door, hands down..OH,,They also sent a text prior to Ryan's arrival with his picture and exact ETA..Super job...

Precision did some repair work for us 10+ years ago, so when our garage door didn't open this morning, I called them. They came out SAME DAY (I didn't even know that was a thing anymore) and diagnosed the issue right away. We were lucky enough to get Andrew; he was professional and made sure we knew exactly what was going on at every step. When he hit a snag and realized things were going to take longer than expected, he informed us right away which I appreciated. Had an emergency need for garage door spring repair and Precision had Mike out first thing next morning (they could have come the early evening night before but I could wait). Mike took me through everything that could be done to solve immediate needs and suggested other updates for a 10 year old builder grade system. No hard sell, said could wait etc., but decided on several items. He was quick, clean, extremely good at explaining and then took a lot of time for final adjustments. He was very very particular about making the repair better than good. Highly recommend them.

I just had my garage doors installed by Precision Garage Door of Delaware and I can't be happier. Not only are the doors the best quality, but the technicians took care to do a quality install job.
