I was so happy when I called this morning and got a REAL representative. She was great. Then we were pleased to get an appointment the same day. Our installer called to tell use when he would arrive. Great service from the company. The technician, Jasper Brown, was friendly and professional. Same day service as the initial phone call. Less than 30 minutes to change a broken spring on my garage door. Total cost was $325. Would recommend the company and Jasper to a friend.

Best experience ever! The technician arrived within 2 hours that I called. I was sent picture of the technician which satisfied my security concerns. We both looked at the problem and came to the same conclusion. He did replace the motor and together set things up on phone together. Everything was explained in detail and very patiently repeated some information so that I eventually understood. The price was reasonable. I took a card that will be taped to the door if I need them again.

Arrived early after calling to confirm it was ok . Fixed the problem with our garage door within 10 minutes . . Will need a new garage door soon and will definitely be ordering through Precision Garage .Great price for the repair also !

Great Company and technicians! They were prompt in scheduling the job. Then the technician arrived promptly and assessed the damage and provide estimates for the work.
