1/13/22- We called Precision on Wednesday and the technician came out the next day. Customer service is excellent! No eternal hold like most businesses nowadays! Tim the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and fixed our door in no time. If you need to fix, replace or install a garage door-CALL PRECISION!!

11/11/21- Tim is an excellent tech. Very efficient and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the operation of our new opener and the installation.

10/22/21- Tim was professional in all regards. He got right to work and was efficient and pleasant.

8/10/21 – My garage door broke Monday night (the spring broke), and I wasn’t able to get my car out of the garage. I contacted Precision via chat as they were closed and Holly was able to secure me an appointment first thing Tuesday morning. Tim arrived EARLY and was very courteous and professional, assessed the issue and gave me an estimate. When I asked when he thought they could complete the work, he replied that he can fix it right now, he had all the required materials in his truck. Less than an hour later, I had a garage door that was working better than it ever was. Highly recommend them.

8/3/21 – Tim was fabulous! He was professional, prompt, polite, informative, gave options and explained what he was doing. He even programmed the remotes in our cars to work with the new equipment. Put stars in his folder. A galaxy of them. He’s the personification of Precision Garage Door.

3/20/21 – Tim Strauss from Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door for me a month ago. He did an excellent job even though it was only 30 degrees that day and very cold. He got the job done in less time than I was quoted too. I love my new door and it works perfectly. Many thanks to Tim for a great job. BRAVO!!!
